The houses are set in the woodlands high on the Sintra mountain, above the picturesque village of Penedo with it's church square, one grocery shop, one cafe and restaurant and a fountain gushing fresh spring water. The houses have breathtaking panoramic views of the mountain as far as Sintra's historical Pena Palace, and the Atlantic coastline Praia Adraga, Praia Grande and Praia das Maças are sandy beaches just 5/10 minutes drive away
There is an abundance of typical family run restaurants near by serving fresh local produce Sintra is about a 15 minute drive away, Cascais 20 minutes and Lisbon about 40 minutes Also within 15-20 minute drive of 5 top golf courses!

STUDIO was originally built by the previous owner, famous artist Michael Biberstein where Sintra mountain views strongly influenced his earlier works. It has now been renovated with tall windows and wooden floors for workshops (yoga, painting, dance, cooking) for private dining and for holiday rentals.
